Do you ask for a prepayment?

Yes. We work by 50% prepayment. Till final payment all images contain our watermark, which will be removed after final payment.

The process is very simple. And we will do our best for making it very comfortable for you. Look below how it usually goes.
First Contact
You fill out the form on our website, write us by email or via chat. Briefly describe your project: what type of 3D visualization or design you are interested in, what time frame?
Detailed Discussion
We will contact you as soon as we can, ask all the questions we are interested in, tell you what information we need to start a project, discuss the cost.
Start of Work
After receiving of all the necessary drawings, sketches and descriptions, as well as prepayment for the project,
we'll start our work.

Workflow
After the first renders, you will have 3 free sets of edits.
Don't worry, additional changes are possible too! Unfortunately they will not be for free but we will give you our best proposal for additional payment (the amount of the surcharge depends on the complexity of the adjustments).

Project Completion
After the approval of the project, we'll ask for final payment and will make the final render in high resolution. As soon as final renders be ready, we will send them to you.
What's next?
Sometimes, after completion of the project, clients need for additional corrections. No problem! We always try to be as loyal to our customers as possible and do not leave them in a difficult situation. We will contact with you and discuss the quotation of additional changes (the amount of the additional charge depends on the complexity of the adjustments).
