In this case, the total cost of the project will be reduced by the cost of the modelling. However, you should remember that this is possible only if the model meets several requirements:
1. The model must be created in 3dsMax. (Models created in other programs, such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D, etc., require serious adjustments, so they can only be used as explanatory material and their presence does not affect the cost of the project.)
2. The model must be created correctly and do not require additional adjustments.
3. The scene must contain not only the building model, but also the surrounding area.
